Al-Farouk Medical Center was established in 1993. The center provides its services to orphans free of charge and to the local community at nominal prices. The center includes many medical clinics and diagnostic departments, in addition to specialty clinics. The center contains all the latest medical and laboratory equipment, and the center in its two branches (Irbid / Irbid camp – Bani Ubaid District) is supervised by a highly experienced and competent medical staff, and provides its services from eight in the morning until twelve at night.
First: Primary health care clinics, which include:
1. General Medicine and Emergency Clinic:
Clinical examination of the patient, performing minor surgeries, performing an ECG, measuring blood pressure, tonsil swab, ear washing, changing bandages for various wounds and burns, and installing nutrients and intravenous iron needles.
2. Oral and Dental Surgery Clinic:
Dental treatment for all ages, dental prosthodontics, dental implants, orthodontics, oral and dental surgery, and teeth whitening, in addition to providing consultations and advice on prevention and oral and dental care.
3. Gynecology and Pregnancy Follow-up Clinic (Maternity and Childhood):
Examining and following up on pregnancy using 2D/3D/4D devices, performing diagnostic and therapeutic smears, installing and removing IUDs, treating various gynecological diseases such as polycystic ovary syndrome and uterine fibroids, and treating cases of infertility and delayed pregnancy.
4. Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Clinic:
Treating diseases of the spine, cervical disc, back vertebrae, and knee roughness, treating strokes and heart attacks, tearing tendons, and sciatica, providing cupping services, treating people with special needs, in addition to providing home treatment by specialists.
Second: Cosmetic clinics:
1. Laser clinic: Removal of unwanted hair from all areas of the body for men and women using the latest devices.
2. Nutrition and Diet Clinic: Providing programs for weight loss and weight gain, special diets for pregnant and breastfeeding women, special diets for children, and special diets for diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, cholesterol, kidneys, and gout.
Third: Diagnostic health services departments:
1. Medical laboratories: Al-Farouk Medical Center’s laboratory provides its services to a large segment of patients, whether insured or uninsured, using the latest laboratory equipment that is constantly updated. The tests provided include routine examinations, blood chemistry, comprehensive blood examination, hormones, and vitamins of all kinds.
2. Diagnostic radiology: imaging of the upper and lower extremities of the body and all organs of the body using X-Ray, color hysterography, osteoporosis imaging, television imaging (Ultrasound), and dental imaging (Panorama).
Fourth: Treatments:
1. Pharmacy: Providing the necessary medicines and treatments for patients at reasonable prices, providing annual vaccinations, nutritional supplements and vitamins, and providing types of milk, braces, and thermometers.
